Fostering Understanding, Strengthening Bonds, and Preparing for a Successful Learning Environment
On Saturday, June 28, 2025, the Food Science and Technology Program, School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized two key activities:
Orientation and Senior-Junior Bonding Program (Morning Session)
Big Cleaning Shop Project (Afternoon Session)
The events took place at Room CE 11203 and Agri Hall, with more than 130 participants, including faculty members, scientists, and students from all academic years.
Morning Session: Orientation and Senior-Junior Bonding
The morning session aimed to build a strong foundation for new students while promoting a sense of community within the program. The key objectives were:
To help new students understand the academic system and professional environment in the field of food science and technology
To create opportunities for interaction and experience sharing between alumni, senior students, and freshmen
To foster unity, friendship, and positive relationships among students in the program
The session was filled with warmth and inspiration, encouraging freshmen as they embark on their university journey.
Afternoon Session: Big Cleaning Shop Project
The afternoon activity focused on preparing the teaching and learning environment by cleaning and organizing laboratories and equipment. Objectives included:
Cleaning and maintaining the food science and technology laboratories, equipment, and facilities
Encouraging collaboration among lecturers, scientists, and students
Building a sense of ownership, unity, and pride in the shared learning space
This initiative promoted responsibility and teamwork, helping ensure that facilities are in optimal condition for the upcoming semester.
Both activities played a vital role in enhancing the academic quality and fostering holistic student development—academically, socially, and through volunteerism. They align with the faculty’s mission to cultivate graduates who are equipped with both knowledge and integrity.

สร้างความเข้าใจ เสริมสัมพันธ์ และเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเรียนการสอนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
วันเสาร์ที่ 28 มิถุนายน 2568 สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดกิจกรรม 2 โครงการสำคัญ ได้แก่ โครงการปฐมนิเทศและสานสัมพันธ์พี่น้องวทอ. (ช่วงเช้า) โครงการ Big Cleaning Shop (ช่วงบ่าย)
ณ ห้อง CE 11203 และอาคาร Agri Hall โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการกว่า 130 คน ประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ นักวิทยาศาสตร์ และนิสิตทุกชั้นปี
กิจกรรมภาคเช้า: โครงการปฐมนิเทศและสานสัมพันธ์พี่น้องวทอ.
กิจกรรมในช่วงเช้ามุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจและความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างนิสิตภายในสาขาวิชา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ:
ให้นิสิตใหม่เข้าใจถึงระบบการเรียนการสอน และการทำงานในสาขาวิชา
เปิดโอกาสให้นิสิตรุ่นพี่และศิษย์เก่า ได้พบปะพูดคุยกับนิสิตรุ่นน้อง เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์
ส่งเสริมความรัก ความสามัคคี และการสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีในหมู่คณะ
บรรยากาศเป็นไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง เสริมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับนิสิตใหม่ในการเริ่มต้นการเรียนรู้ในระดับอุดมศึกษา
กิจกรรมภาคบ่าย: โครงการ Big Cleaning Shop
ในช่วงบ่ายจัดกิจกรรม Big Cleaning Shop เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์สำหรับการเรียนการสอน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ: ทำความสะอาดอาคารปฏิบัติการด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร รวมถึงเครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เสริมสร้างความร่วมมือระหว่างคณาจารย์ นักวิทยาศาสตร์ และนิสิต
สร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานร่วมกันภายในสาขาวิชา ก่อให้เกิดความรัก ความสามัคคี และความภาคภูมิใจในพื้นที่การเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวช่วยเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกในความรับผิดชอบต่อสถานที่เรียนและอุปกรณ์การเรียนของสาขาวิชา รวมถึงเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเข้าสู่ภาคเรียนอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ
กิจกรรมทั้งสองโครงการนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน และการพัฒนานิสิตอย่างรอบด้าน ทั้งในด้านวิชาการ ความสัมพันธ์ และจิตอาสา สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของคณะฯ ในการสร้างบัณฑิตคุณภาพที่พร้อมทั้งความรู้และคุณธรรม
