School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, Organizes Workshop on “Applying AI Tools to Enhance Research and Academic Publication” to Strengthen Graduate Student Potential
On July 25, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized a hands-on workshop titled “Applying AI Tools to Enhance Research and Academic Publication” at Meeting Room 1, School of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The event was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Paiboon Panasae, Chair of the Master's Program in Natural Resource Productivity and Management Innovation, who delivered opening remarks and welcomed the participants. More than 40 graduate students from various academic programs actively participated in the event.
The primary objective of this workshop was to equip graduate students with practical knowledge and skills in using modern AI tools to support every stage of the research process—from literature review and data analysis to academic writing and manuscript preparation for national and international journal submission.
The workshop featured Asst. Prof. Dr. Sureeporn Saengwong, Lecturer in Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, as the lead speaker. The training content was divided into key thematic sessions:
Special Lecture: “AI and Research Development in the Digital Age”
– Exploring trends and the role of AI in academic research
– Using AI for research topic development, information sourcing, and research planning
Techniques for Academic Writing with AI
– Using AI for drafting, editing, language enhancement, and academic tone adjustment
– Translating and summarizing key content from foreign sources with AI assistance
Hands-on AI Tools Workshop
– Practical training with tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, DeepL, Scite, EndNote, and other AI-powered research platforms
– Case studies on applying AI in thesis writing, research reports, and manuscript preparation for journal submission
The workshop received great interest and enthusiastic feedback from participants, particularly those in the process of completing their theses or preparing their academic publications. Attendees expressed high satisfaction with the relevance and applicability of the training content, noting that it significantly enhanced their research efficiency and confidence.
This initiative reflects the faculty’s continued commitment to strengthening research capacity among graduate students through modern, responsive, and practical training opportunities—aiming to produce high-quality researchers ready to contribute at both national and international levels.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ม.พะเยา จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ "การประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือ AI เพื่อช่วยพัฒนางานวิจัยและเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ" ยกระดับศักยภาพนิสิตระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา
เมื่อวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหัวข้อ "การประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือ AI เพื่อช่วยพัฒนางานวิจัยและเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ" ณ ห้องประชุม Meeting 1 อาคารคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ไพบูลย์ ปะนาเส ประธานหลักสูตรนวัตกรรมผลิตภาพทางทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและการจัดการ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดโครงการ พร้อมให้โอวาทแก่ผู้เข้าอบรม โดยมีนิสิตระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาจากหลากหลายสาขาวิชาจำนวนกว่า 40 คน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการครั้งนี้ คือ เพื่อให้นิสิตระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาได้เรียนรู้และฝึกปฏิบัติการใช้เครื่องมือ AI ที่ทันสมัย เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำวิจัยในทุกกระบวนการ ตั้งแต่การค้นคว้าวรรณกรรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การเขียนบทความ ไปจนถึงการเตรียมต้นฉบับสำหรับเผยแพร่ในวารสารวิชาการระดับชาติและนานาชาติ
โครงการได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุรีย์พร แสงวงค์ อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตรสัตวศาสตร์ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ เป็นวิทยากรหลักของการอบรม โดยเนื้อหาในการอบรมประกอบด้วย
การบรรยายพิเศษ หัวข้อ “AI กับการพัฒนางานวิจัยในยุคดิจิทัล”
– อธิบายแนวโน้มและบทบาทของ AI ในวงการวิชาการ
– การใช้ AI ช่วยวิเคราะห์ประเด็นวิจัย ค้นหาแหล่งข้อมูล และวางโครงร่างงานวิจัย
เทคนิคการเขียนบทความวิชาการด้วย AI
– การใช้ AI ช่วยร่าง บรรณาธิกร ตรวจภาษา และปรับระดับภาษาวิชาการ
– การแปลบทความและสรุปสาระสำคัญจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่างประเทศ
Workshop ปฏิบัติการ
– ฝึกใช้เครื่องมือ AI เช่น ChatGPT, Grammarly, DeepL, Scite, EndNote, และ AI-powered research tools อื่น ๆ
– ตัวอย่างการประยุกต์ใช้ในงานวิทยานิพนธ์ รายงานวิจัย และการเตรียมต้นฉบับสำหรับ submission
การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับความสนใจอย่างยิ่งจากนิสิตระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา โดยเฉพาะนิสิตที่อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการจัดทำวิทยานิพนธ์หรือเตรียมเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการ โดยผู้เข้าร่วมต่างแสดงความพึงพอใจ พร้อมสะท้อนว่าเนื้อหามีความทันสมัยและสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับงานของตนได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ยังคงมุ่งมั่นในการสนับสนุนศักยภาพด้านการวิจัยของนิสิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้วยการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและกิจกรรมเสริมที่ตอบโจทย์การเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกยุคใหม่ เพื่อสร้างนักวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพ พร้อมก้าวสู่เวทีระดับสากลในอนาคต.
