School of Agriculture and Natural Resources Organizes Student Leadership Development and Networking Program
On June 5, 2024, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized a special program titled “Student Leadership Development and Networking” at Room UB001, 99 Years Building of Phra Ubalee Khunu Phommajan, University of Phayao. The event was presided over by Dr. Boonruam Khidka, Associate Dean for Policy and Organizational Development, who delivered the opening address.
The program brought together student representatives from all academic programs under the faculty, including:
Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
Bachelor of Science in Fisheries Technology and Innovation
Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology
Bachelor of Science in Animal Science
Bachelor of Science in Food Safety
Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Technology
Also in attendance were members of the Faculty Student Club, faculty members from the Student Affairs and Student Quality Development Committee (SASQDC), and educational officers, who came together to exchange ideas and enhance leadership development.
Throughout the day, participants engaged in interactive sessions led by expert lecturers from various faculties:
Asst. Prof. Krisda Jaikaewti (School of Law)
Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanokkan Phromnoi (School of Medical Sciences)
Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanet Thongdechsri (School of Engineering)
Dr. Jumpot Nittangkul and Dr. Rujinan Ueapithaksakul (School of Business and Communication Arts)
The training covered key leadership and soft skills, including:
Teamwork and Collaboration
Project Planning and Management
Time Management
Relationship-Building Activities
Mental Wellness and Positive Psychology in Leadership Roles
The primary goal of the program was to empower student leaders with essential skills to effectively initiate and manage student-led activities. It also aimed to strengthen cooperation among students across disciplines, laying a solid foundation for a sustainable and dynamic student network within the faculty and the university.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา จัดโครงการพัฒนาผู้นำและสร้างเครือข่ายนิสิต เสริมศักยภาพความเป็นผู้นำอย่างสร้างสรรค์
เมื่อวันที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2567 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้จัดโครงการ “การพัฒนาผู้นำและสร้างเครือข่ายนิสิต” ณ ห้อง UB001 อาคาร 99 ปี พระอุบาลีคุณูปมาจารย์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.บุญร่วม คิดค้า รองคณบดีฝ่ายนโยบายและพัฒนาองค์กร เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด
การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้มีนิสิตจาก ทุกหลักสูตรของคณะฯ เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง อาทิ
หลักสูตรเกษตรศาสตร์
หลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมการประมง
หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร
หลักสูตรสัตวศาสตร์
หลักสูตรความปลอดภัยทางอาหาร
หลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร
รวมถึง สโมสรนิสิตคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ, คณาจารย์ในคณะกรรมการกิจการนิสิตและพัฒนาคุณภาพนิสิต (คกน.) และนักวิชาการศึกษา ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนและเสริมสร้างแนวคิดด้านความเป็นผู้นำ
กิจกรรมตลอดวันได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้จากคณาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากหลากหลายคณะ ได้แก่

โครงการครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายในการส่งเสริมศักยภาพนิสิตให้มีความพร้อมในการเป็นผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ สามารถวางแผนและขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายนิสิตที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนในระดับคณะและมหาวิทยาลัย
