School of Agriculture, University of Phayao Wins Popular Vote Award and Receives Certificate for Student Mental Health Assessment in “UP Identity Festival #5: U-Volunteer for Sustainable Development”

The University of Phayao organized the “UP Identity Festival #5: U-Volunteer for Sustainable Development” at Phaya Ngam Muang Auditorium. This annual program aims to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences in student development activities that strengthen identity and encourage sustainable growth.
The event was honored by:
Mr. Pichet Tukejit, Director of the Division of Student Affairs, who delivered the opening report.
Dr. Wuttichai Chairinkham, Vice President for Student Quality, who presided over the opening ceremony.
Objectives of the Festival
The University of Phayao created this academic and student development platform as a venue for knowledge exchange and inspiration. The activities focused on promoting valuable and sustainable student development practices in the areas of student identity building, cultural preservation, volunteerism, and area-based initiatives. Participants included student development projects from higher education institutions both within and outside the University of Phayao.
Contribution from the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources
The Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, participated by presenting the project “Developing a Mental Health Care System for Students.”
The project was supervised by:
Asst. Prof. Dr. Sumana Luangthitikanchana (Project Advisor)
and presented by:
Ms. Sahatthaya Sukhyai, Educational Officer in Student Affairs.
The faculty’s booth not only showcased the project but also displayed various academic products and innovations. Visitors from both internal and external institutions expressed strong interest and actively engaged in discussions and knowledge sharing.
Awards and Achievements
The Faculty of Agriculture was honored with the Popular Vote Award for its project on “Developing a Mental Health Care System for Students”, recognizing the value and impact of the initiative in fostering student well-being.
In addition, the faculty received a certificate of achievement, reflecting that 75.64% of students successfully passed the mental health assessment conducted by the project. This outcome highlights the effectiveness and quality of the student support system implemented within the faculty.

มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดโครงการประชุมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์นิสิตเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ประจำปี 2568 “UP Identity Festival #5 : U-Volunteer for Sustainable Development” ณ หอประชุมพญางำเมือง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา

ดร.วุฒิชัย ไชยรินคำ รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายคุณภาพนิสิต เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน
วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาจัดเวทีประชุมวิชาการและการนำเสนอกิจกรรมพัฒนานิสิต เพื่อเป็นพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และแรงบันดาลใจ สร้างการพัฒนากิจกรรมที่มีคุณค่าและสามารถขยายผลได้อย่างยั่งยืน โดยกิจกรรมครอบคลุมทั้งด้านการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์นิสิต การทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม และนวัตกรรมด้านจิตอาสา รวมถึงกิจกรรมพัฒนานิสิตเชิงพื้นที่ จากทั้งสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
ผลงานของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ
คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้นำเสนอผลงานเข้าประกวดในหัวข้อ “การพัฒนาระบบการดูแลนิสิตด้านสุขภาพจิต” ภายใต้โครงการ การพัฒนาระบบการดูแลนิสิตด้านสุขภาพจิต
โดยมี
ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุมนา เหลืองฐิติกาญจนา เป็นอาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการ
นางสาวสหัทยา สุขใหญ่ นักวิชาการศึกษาด้านกิจการนิสิต เป็นผู้แทนนำเสนอผลงาน
ในบูธจัดแสดง นอกจากการนำเสนอโครงการ ยังมีการนำผลิตภัณฑ์และผลงานต่าง ๆ จากคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ มาจัดแสดงให้ผู้เข้าร่วมจากสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้งภายในและภายนอกได้เข้าชมและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นอย่างคึกคัก
รางวัลและความภาคภูมิใจ
จากการเข้าร่วมในครั้งนี้ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ได้รับรางวัล Popular Vote ในหัวข้อ “การพัฒนาระบบการดูแลนิสิตด้านสุขภาพจิต” อันสะท้อนถึงความน่าสนใจและคุณค่าของโครงการในการพัฒนานิสิตอย่างรอบด้าน พร้อมทั้งได้รับ เกียรติบัตรการผ่านการประเมินสุขภาพจิตของนิสิต ซึ่งถือเป็นการรับรองถึงคุณภาพของระบบการดูแลนิสิตที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น
การเข้าร่วมโครงการครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ในการดูแลและพัฒนาศักยภาพนิสิต แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือในการสร้างเสริมอัตลักษณ์ที่เข้มแข็ง และการมีส่วนร่วมขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
