School of Agriculture, University of Phayao Welcomes Study Visit from Muang Nga Phiset Wittaya School to Enhance Experiential Learning on Sufficiency Economy
On September 23, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, warmly welcomed teachers and students from Muang Nga Phiset Wittaya School for a study visit at the Sufficiency Economy Learning Center, University of Phayao.
The delegation was cordially received by Dr. Boonruam Khidkha, Associate Dean for Policy and Organizational Development, along with faculty members and staff.
Objective of the Study Visit
The visit aimed to provide students and teachers with a deeper understanding of the philosophy of sufficiency economy and its practical applications. By engaging in real-world learning activities, participants were able to explore the integration of education, research, and community engagement that the center exemplifies as a model for sustainable agricultural development.
Activities and Learning Modules
During the visit, participants attended an overview briefing and explored four main sections of the learning center:
Plant Breeding and Crop Production
Cultivation of economic crops, soil and water management
Application of biotechnology and biofertilizers to enhance crop quality
Animal Husbandry
Sustainable livestock farming of cattle, pigs, and poultry
Farm management practices aligned with safe and sustainable agriculture
Fisheries Development
Aquaculture practices and pond ecosystem management
Techniques to reduce production costs and increase efficiency
Product Processing and Value Addition
Transforming agricultural outputs into value-added products
Developing safe food innovations and local community-based products
Significance of the Learning Center
The Sufficiency Economy Learning Center serves as a model site for transferring academic knowledge into practical applications. It enhances the skills of students, researchers, and community members, while promoting sustainable development guided by the sufficiency economy philosophy.
Atmosphere of the Visit
The study visit was filled with enthusiasm and active participation. Students and teachers engaged in hands-on activities, asked insightful questions, and gained valuable knowledge that can be applied both academically and in daily life. The experience reflected a strong commitment to fostering sustainability-oriented education.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานโรงเรียนเหมืองหง่าพิเศษวิทยา เสริมสร้างประสบการณ์เรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
เมื่อวันที่ 23 กันยายน 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ให้การต้อนรับคณะครูและนักเรียนจาก โรงเรียนเหมืองหง่าพิเศษวิทยา เข้าศึกษาดูงาน ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยมี ดร.บุญร่วม คิดค้า รองคณบดีฝ่ายนโยบายและพัฒนาองค์กร พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์และบุคลากรคณะฯ ร่วมต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น
วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาดูงาน
การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้นักเรียนและคณาจารย์ได้เรียนรู้แนวคิดและการประยุกต์ใช้หลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในรูปแบบที่เป็นรูปธรรม ผ่านการลงพื้นที่จริงในศูนย์การเรียนรู้ ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ต้นแบบด้านเกษตรกรรมที่บูรณาการทั้งการศึกษา การวิจัย และการบริการวิชาการแก่ชุมชน
กิจกรรมที่ดำเนินการ
คณะผู้เข้าศึกษาดูงานได้รับฟังการบรรยายสรุปภาพรวมของศูนย์ฯ และลงพื้นที่สำรวจการจัดการเรียนรู้ใน 4 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่
งานศึกษาและพัฒนาพันธุ์พืชและเกษตรกรรม
การเพาะปลูกพืชเศรษฐกิจ การจัดการดิน น้ำ และธาตุอาหาร
การใช้เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพและจุลินทรีย์เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพผลผลิต
งานศึกษาและพัฒนาการปศุสัตว์
การเลี้ยงโค สุกร และสัตว์ปีกด้วยวิธีที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
การจัดการฟาร์มปศุสัตว์ตามแนวคิดฟาร์มปลอดภัยและยั่งยืน
งานศึกษาและพัฒนาการประมง
การเพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำและการดูแลระบบนิเวศบ่อเลี้ยง
การใช้เทคนิคการเลี้ยงที่ช่วยลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มผลผลิต
งานศึกษาและพัฒนาการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์
การต่อยอดผลผลิตทางการเกษตรไปสู่ผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูปที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
การสร้างนวัตกรรมอาหารปลอดภัยและผลิตภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น
ความสำคัญของศูนย์การเรียนรู้
ศูนย์การเรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เป็นพื้นที่ต้นแบบที่ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้จากงานวิจัยสู่การปฏิบัติจริง เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้ให้แก่นักเรียน นักศึกษา และชุมชน ทั้งยังมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนตามแนวทางปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
บรรยากาศ
การศึกษาดูงานเต็มไปด้วยความสนใจจากนักเรียนและคณาจารย์ผู้เข้าร่วม ที่ได้ลงมือปฏิบัติ ทดลองเรียนรู้ และซักถามเพิ่มเติมจากวิทยากร สะท้อนถึงความตั้งใจในการนำความรู้ไปต่อยอดทั้งในเชิงวิชาการและการดำเนินชีวิต
