School of Agriculture, University of Phayao Organized the Personnel Competency Development Program Towards Organizational Excellence (EdPEx)

The School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized the “Personnel Competency Development Program Towards Organizational Excellence (EdPEx)” at Meeting Room 1, Faculty of Agriculture. The event was attended by the Dean, Associate Deans, faculty members, and staff from all departments.
Objectives of the Program
The program was designed to:
Enhance knowledge and understanding of the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx) framework.
Develop the competencies and capabilities of both academic and supporting staff.
Strengthen strategic working skills to drive the Faculty of Agriculture towards becoming a High Performance Organization.
Support the University of Phayao’s mission of achieving academic and administrative excellence.
Training Content
Participants gained valuable insights and exchanged experiences through sessions that covered:
The EdPEx framework and guidelines for organizational development.
Analysis of strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Preparation of performance and quality-based reports.
Group workshops designed to enhance self-assessment skills and strategic planning.
Program Atmosphere
The training atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and commitment, as faculty members and staff actively engaged in discussions and practical activities. Expert speakers and facilitators provided close guidance, enabling participants to clearly understand and apply organizational quality development approaches.
Expected Outcomes
This program is expected to enhance the capacity of the Faculty of Agriculture in continuously driving organizational development based on EdPEx standards. It also aims to foster a culture of quality and excellence, positioning the faculty as a model institution for quality higher education management and sustainable growth.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา จัดโครงการพัฒนาสมรรถนะบุคลากรเพื่อมุ่งสู่องค์กรแห่งความเป็นเลิศ (EdPEx)

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดโครงการ “พัฒนาสมรรถนะบุคลากรเพื่อมุ่งสู่องค์กรแห่งความเป็นเลิศ (EdPEx)” ณ ห้องประชุม Meeting 1 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ โดยมี คณบดี รองคณบดี คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรทุกสายงาน เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการ
การจัดโครงการครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ เกณฑ์คุณภาพการศึกษาเพื่อการดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศ (EdPEx) พัฒนาศักยภาพและสมรรถนะของบุคลากรทั้งสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุน
เสริมสร้างทักษะการทำงานเชิงกลยุทธ์ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ สู่การเป็น องค์กรสมรรถนะสูง (High Performance Organization)
สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานตามพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาในการมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการและการบริหารจัดการ
เนื้อหาการอบรม
ภายในโครงการ บุคลากรได้รับการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ
กรอบเกณฑ์ EdPEx และแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาองค์กร
การวิเคราะห์จุดแข็งและโอกาสในการพัฒนา (Strengths & Opportunities for Improvement)
แนวทางการจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานเชิงประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพ
กิจกรรมกลุ่ม (Workshop) เพื่อฝึกทักษะการประเมินตนเองและการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์
บรรยากาศโครงการ
บรรยากาศการอบรมเต็มไปด้วยความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจของคณาจารย์และบุคลากร ที่ได้ร่วมกันแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและทำกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการอย่างเข้มข้น โดยมีทีมวิทยากรและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิคอยให้คำแนะนำตลอดทั้งกิจกรรม ทำให้ผู้เข้าร่วมเข้าใจแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพองค์กรได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
ความคาดหวังและผลที่ได้รับ
การจัดโครงการครั้งนี้คาดว่าจะช่วยยกระดับศักยภาพของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรตามมาตรฐาน EdPEx อย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมทั้งสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่มุ่งเน้นคุณภาพและความเป็นเลิศ เพื่อให้คณะก้าวสู่การเป็นหน่วยงานต้นแบบด้านการจัดการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพและยั่งยืน
