Agricultural Technology students from the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, have achieved national recognition by winning both a Gold Medal with Distinction (1st Place) and a Silver Medal at the Higher Education Innovation Awards 2025, under Group 1: Agriculture and Food Industry. The competition was held from June 16–18, 2025, and organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) as part of the Thailand Research Expo 2025, at Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre, CentralWorld, Bangkok. The awards were presented by Dr. Wiparat Dee-ong, Director of NRCT.
The Gold Medal with Distinction (1st Place) was awarded for the project titled “Artificial Pollen from Chicken Meat”, an innovative dietary supplement designed for honeybee farming. The winning team consisted of:

This year’s Higher Education Innovation platform attracted widespread participation from youth and university students nationwide, with numerous standout projects demonstrating ongoing development and creativity. The NRCT continues to support these efforts under the Innovation to Business (I-2B) initiative, aiming to translate research into real-world applications, encourage intellectual property registration, and promote sustainable use in communities, service sectors, and commercial markets.
This remarkable achievement not only showcases the talent and innovation of University of Phayao students in addressing future agricultural and food challenges, but also reflects the institution’s commitment to cultivating researchers and innovators who contribute meaningfully to society.

ทีมนิสิตเกษตร ม.พะเยา คว้ารางวัลนวัตกรรมเหรียญทอง-เงิน ระดับชาติจากผลงานเลี้ยงผึ้งและซอสจากผึ้งพันธุ์
ทีมนิสิตสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา สร้างชื่อเสียงในเวทีระดับประเทศ คว้ารางวัล เหรียญทองระดับดีเด่น (อันดับ 1) และ เหรียญเงิน จากการประกวดผลงานนวัตกรรมสายอุดมศึกษา ประจำปี 2568 (Higher Education Innovation Awards 2025) กลุ่ม 1 ด้านการเกษตรและอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 16 – 18 มิถุนายน 2568 โดยสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.) โดยมี ดร.วิภารัตน์ ดีอ่อง ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ เป็นประธานในพิธีมอบรางวัล ในงานมหกรรมงานวิจัยแห่งชาติ 2568 (Thailand Research Expo 2025) ณ โรงแรมเซ็นทาราแกรนด์ และบางกอกคอนเวนชันเซ็นเตอร์ เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ กรุงเทพมหานคร
ผลงานที่ได้รับ เหรียญทองระดับดีเด่น (อันดับ 1) คือ “เกสรเทียมจากเนื้อไก่” ซึ่งเป็นนวัตกรรมอาหารเสริมสำหรับเลี้ยงผึ้งพันธุ์ ผลงานโดย

ในขณะที่ผลงาน “โชยุ หรือซอสหมักจากผึ้งพันธุ์” ได้รับ เหรียญเงิน ซึ่งเป็นแนวคิดใหม่ในการเพิ่มมูลค่าผลผลิตจากผึ้งพันธุ์ โดยมีทีมผู้พัฒนาประกอบด้วย

เวทีนวัตกรรมสายอุดมศึกษาในปีนี้ได้รับความสนใจจากเยาวชนและนิสิตนักศึกษาเป็นจำนวนมาก โดยผลงานที่เข้าร่วมประกวดล้วนมีความโดดเด่นและพัฒนาขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ วช. ได้ให้การสนับสนุนต่อเนื่องภายใต้โครงการ Innovation to Business (I-2B) เพื่อส่งเสริมการต่อยอดงานวิจัยสู่ธุรกิจจริง พร้อมผลักดันให้ผลงานสามารถนำไปจดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในระดับชุมชน ภาคบริการ และเชิงพาณิชย์อย่างยั่งยืน
ความสำเร็จครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ที่ไม่เพียงแต่สร้างนวัตกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์การเกษตรและอาหารในอนาคต แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของสถาบันในการผลิตนักวิจัยและนวัตกรเพื่อสังคมต่อไป
