Food Safety Students from the School of Agriculture, University of Phayao Win Two Awards with Their Project “Wolffia Ice Cream”
The School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, proudly congratulates undergraduate students from the Food Safety Program who received two prestigious awards for their integrated knowledge and professional innovation project titled “Wolffia Ice Cream”. The project focuses on creating an innovative health product using Wolffia, a nutrient-rich aquatic plant, as the main ingredient.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ นิสิตหลักสูตรความปลอดภัยทางอาหาร ที่คว้ารางวัลจากการนำเสนอผลงานบูรณาการความรู้สู่นวัตกรรมทางวิชาชีพ เรื่อง “Wolffia Ice Cream” ผลงานนวัตกรรมที่สร้างสรรค์จากแหนแดง (Wolffia) ซึ่งเป็นพืชน้ำขนาดเล็กที่อุดมด้วยคุณค่าทางโภชนาการ

ความสำคัญของผลงาน
ผลงาน “Wolffia Ice Cream” ถือเป็นการนำองค์ความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยทางอาหารมาพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารสุขภาพที่มีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการสูง ตอบโจทย์กระแสอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพและการสร้างนวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้บริโภค อีกทั้งยังเป็นต้นแบบการต่อยอดงานวิชาการสู่นวัตกรรมที่สามารถพัฒนาเชิงพาณิชย์ในอนาคต
ความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของนิสิตในการบูรณาการความรู้เชิงวิชาการกับการสร้างนวัตกรรมที่มีคุณค่า พร้อมทั้งเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้กับนิสิตรุ่นต่อไปในการพัฒนาผลงานที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของสังคมและชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง
