UP School of Agriculture Holds 2025 Staff Capacity Enhancement Program and Annual Staff Meeting
On September 4–5, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized the program “Enhancing Staff Competencies to Drive the Faculty’s Strategic Goals and Annual Staff Meeting 2025” at Riva Vista Hotel, Chiang Rai. The event was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipornpan Nuangmek, Dean of the Faculty, together with the executive team including Vice Deans, Assistant Deans, faculty members, and staff from all divisions, who actively participated in the program.
The program aimed to strengthen staff competencies and professional skills in alignment with the faculty’s strategic direction. It also served as a platform to foster collaboration, unity, and engagement among staff at all levels.
During the morning session, the faculty was honored to have Mr. Winai Yeephen (Ajarn Nui), an independent consultant and organizational performance advisor, along with his team, as keynote speakers. They conducted interactive workshops on teamwork development, constructive communication, and cultivating a positive workplace environment. Team-building activities were also arranged to encourage mutual understanding, collaboration, and to energize the organizational culture.
In the afternoon of the first day, and extending into the evening, the Annual Staff Meeting 2025 was held. The session presented achievements and progress of the faculty’s management plan over the past year, covering areas such as academic affairs, research, community services, student development, and organizational administration. Staff members were also given the opportunity to share feedback, suggestions, and perspectives, which will be incorporated into the planning of future strategic directions.
On the following day, participants engaged in knowledge-sharing and group discussions focusing on the faculty’s strategic development, ensuring alignment with the University’s long-term goals and the National 20-Year Strategic Plan. The discussions emphasized the faculty’s vision to become a leader in excellence in teaching, research, and academic services for society.
The program concluded in an atmosphere of collaboration, dedication, and warmth among all staff members—reflecting the faculty’s strong commitment to advancing its mission and strategic goals towards future success.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา จัดโครงการเพิ่มสมรรถนะบุคลากรและประชุมบุคลากร ประจำปี 2568
ระหว่างวันที่ 4 – 5 กันยายน 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้จัดโครงการ “เพิ่มสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรเพื่อขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ และประชุมบุคลากร” ณ โรงแรม Riva Vista จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้บริหาร ได้แก่ รองคณบดี ผู้ช่วยคณบดี คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรทุกสายงาน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง
การจัดโครงการครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพและเพิ่มสมรรถนะของบุคลากรให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ของคณะฯ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงเป็นเวทีในการสร้างความสามัคคี ความร่วมมือ และการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทุกระดับ
ช่วงเช้าได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณวินัย ยี่เพ็ญ (อ.หนุ่ย) วิทยากรอิสระและที่ปรึกษาด้านการยกระดับประสิทธิภาพองค์กร พร้อมทีมงาน มาเป็นวิทยากร ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ และจัดกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) ในหัวข้อ การพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม การสื่อสารอย่างสร้างสรรค์ และการสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานเชิงบวก โดยมีการทำกิจกรรมกลุ่มสัมพันธ์ (Team Building) ที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจ การทำงานร่วมกัน และเพิ่มพลังขับเคลื่อนองค์กร
ในช่วงบ่ายของวันแรก และต่อเนื่องถึงช่วงเย็น เป็นการ ประชุมบุคลากรประจำปี 2568 เพื่อสรุปผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนบริหารจัดการคณะฯ ตลอดปีที่ผ่านมา โดยมีการนำเสนอผลสำเร็จในด้านต่าง ๆ ทั้งด้านวิชาการ การวิจัย บริการวิชาการ การพัฒนานิสิต และการบริหารจัดการองค์กร พร้อมทั้งเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรทุกสายงานสะท้อนความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลสำคัญในการวางแผนพัฒนาและกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารงานของคณะในปีต่อไป
อีกทั้งแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ และการระดมความคิดเห็นในประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยและยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี เพื่อมุ่งสู่การเป็นคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ที่มีความเป็นเลิศทั้งด้านการเรียนการสอน วิจัย และการบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม
บรรยากาศตลอดโครงการเต็มไปด้วยความร่วมมือ ความตั้งใจ และความอบอุ่นจากบุคลากรทุกคน ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความเข้มแข็งของคณะฯ ในการเดินหน้าขับเคลื่อนพันธกิจและยุทธศาสตร์สู่ความสำเร็จในอนาคต
