Congratulations to Students from the School of Agriculture, University of Phayao for Receiving Research Funding under the I-2B Program FY2025
The School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, proudly congratulates a team of undergraduate students in Agricultural Technology for receiving research funding under the Invention to Business (I-2B) Program, Fiscal Year 2025, supported by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT).
Their funded project is titled:
“Development of Artificial Pollen Products as Feed for Honey Bees”
This project aims to develop research and prototype innovations with a higher Technology Readiness Level (TRL), establish quality standards, and secure intellectual property rights. The outcomes are expected to benefit communities, society, and the service sector, as well as be further developed into startup businesses while reducing dependence on imported technologies.

Significance of the Project
This research represents an important step in creating innovations to support the apiculture industry and the production of high-quality honey in Thailand. The development of artificial pollen products as a substitute food source for honey bees will help address seasonal shortages of natural pollen and enhance the productivity and sustainability of beekeeping for farmers.
The University of Phayao and the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources take great pride in this achievement, believing that it will serve as a foundation for advancing research into commercial and community applications, while also inspiring future generations of students to create innovations for sustainable social development.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา ขอแสดงความยินดีกับนิสิตได้รับทุนวิจัยโครงการ I-2B ประจำปี 2568
คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ นิสิตหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีการเกษตร ที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยภายใต้โครงการ Invention to Business (I-2B) ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 จาก สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ (วช.)
ผลงานที่ได้รับทุนคือโครงการ “การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เกสรเทียมสำหรับใช้เป็นอาหารเลี้ยงผึ้งพันธุ์” ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนางานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมต้นแบบให้มีระดับความพร้อมใช้ทางเทคโนโลยีที่สูงขึ้น พร้อมทั้งยกระดับมาตรฐานและขอรับรองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เพื่อให้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้ทั้งในเชิงชุมชน/สังคม ภาคบริการ ตลอดจนสามารถต่อยอดสู่ธุรกิจ Startup และช่วยลดการนำเข้าเทคโนโลยีจากต่างประเทศ

ความสำคัญของผลงาน
การวิจัยครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างนวัตกรรมเพื่อสนับสนุน อุตสาหกรรมการเลี้ยงผึ้งพันธุ์ และการผลิตน้ำผึ้งคุณภาพในประเทศ โดยการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เกสรเทียมที่สามารถใช้ทดแทนแหล่งอาหารธรรมชาติของผึ้งได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จะช่วยลดความเสี่ยงจากการขาดแคลนแหล่งอาหารตามฤดูกาล และเพิ่มศักยภาพการเลี้ยงผึ้งเชิงเศรษฐกิจให้กับเกษตรกร
มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ภูมิใจในความสำเร็จครั้งนี้ของนิสิต และเชื่อมั่นว่าจะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีในการต่อยอดงานวิจัยสู่การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์และชุมชน พร้อมทั้งสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับนิสิตรุ่นต่อไปในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมเพื่อสังคมอย่างยั่งยืน
