Food Science and Technology Program Hosts Orientation and Big Cleaning Shop Activities for Academic Year 2026
The Food Science and Technology Program, School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, recently organized the “Food Science and Technology Student Orientation and Relationship-Building Program” together with the “Big Cleaning Shop” activity for the 2026 academic year. The event aimed to prepare new students for university life, strengthen relationships among students across different year levels, and promote a sense of responsibility for maintaining shared learning facilities.
The event attracted a total of 150 participants, including 142 students, 6 faculty members, and 2 laboratory scientists. The strong participation reflected the Program’s commitment to student development, academic engagement, and the cultivation of a supportive learning community.
During the morning session, new students were introduced to the curriculum structure, study plans, course registration procedures, academic tracks, elective courses, and other essential academic information. Faculty members also introduced academic advisors, laboratory scientists, and support staff to help students become familiar with the academic environment and support services available throughout their studies.
The program also featured experience-sharing sessions by alumni and senior students, who discussed their academic journeys, career opportunities in Food Science and Technology, strategies for academic success, and ways to make the most of university life. These sessions provided valuable guidance and inspiration for incoming students as they embark on their higher education journey.
In the afternoon, faculty members, laboratory scientists, staff, and students participated in the Big Cleaning Shop activity, working together to clean the Food Science and Technology laboratories, machinery, and equipment used for practical teaching and training. The activity contributed to creating a clean, safe, and supportive learning environment while encouraging teamwork and shared responsibility among participants.
In addition to strengthening relationships between senior and junior students, the event fostered leadership, teamwork, and a sense of ownership in maintaining the Program’s facilities and resources. These values are essential for developing competent graduates who are well prepared for future careers in the food industry and related sectors.
The Food Science and Technology Program remains committed to providing a supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, professional development, and a strong sense of community among its students.

หลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา จัดโครงการ “ปฐมนิเทศและสานสัมพันธ์พี่น้อง วทอ.” พร้อมกิจกรรม Big Cleaning Shop เตรียมความพร้อมนิสิตใหม่ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569
คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา โดยหลักสูตรวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร จัดโครงการ “ปฐมนิเทศและสานสัมพันธ์พี่น้อง วทอ.” และกิจกรรม “Big Cleaning Shop” ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้นิสิตใหม่ สร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างนิสิตรุ่นพี่และรุ่นน้อง ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมทั้งสิ้น 150 คน ประกอบด้วย นิสิตจำนวน 142 คน คณาจารย์จำนวน 6 คน และนักวิทยาศาสตร์จำนวน 2 คน โดยได้รับความสนใจและความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดียิ่งจากทุกภาคส่วน สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของหลักสูตรในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาศักยภาพนิสิต และการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนทางวิชาการภายในคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ
กิจกรรมในช่วงเช้าประกอบด้วยการแนะนำหลักสูตร แผนการเรียน การลงทะเบียนเรียน การเลือกแขนงวิชา การค้นหาข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษา รวมถึงการแนะนำคณาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา นักวิทยาศาสตร์ และบุคลากรประจำหลักสูตร เพื่อให้นิสิตใหม่ได้รับข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับการวางแผนการศึกษาและการใช้ชีวิตในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างเหมาะสม
นอกจากนี้ นิสิตยังได้รับฟังการถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์จากศิษย์เก่าและรุ่นพี่ในหัวข้อ “เรียนวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหารที่นี่ดีอย่างไร” พร้อมแนวทางการเรียนให้ประสบความสำเร็จ และการใช้ชีวิตในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างมีความสุข ซึ่งช่วยสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและเตรียมความพร้อมให้นิสิตใหม่สำหรับการเรียนในระดับอุดมศึกษา
ในช่วงบ่าย ได้จัดกิจกรรม “Big Cleaning Shop” โดยมีคณาจารย์ นักวิทยาศาสตร์ บุคลากร และนิสิต ร่วมกันทำความสะอาดอาคารปฏิบัติการ เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ที่สะอาด ปลอดภัย และเอื้อต่อการพัฒนาทักษะทางวิชาชีพของนิสิต
การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้นอกจากจะช่วยสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างนิสิตรุ่นพี่และรุ่นน้องแล้ว ยังเป็นการปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกด้านความรับผิดชอบ การทำงานเป็นทีม และการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลทรัพยากรและสถานที่ของหลักสูตร อันเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญของการพัฒนาบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพ พร้อมก้าวสู่การทำงานในอนาคตอย่างมั่นคงและมีประสิทธิภาพ
