School of Agriculture and Natural Resources Holds Workshop on Workload Hours and Performance Evaluation to Strengthen HR Management
On June 6, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized a workshop titled “Workload Hour Documentation for Performance and Merit-Based Evaluation” at Meeting Room 1, School of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
The objective of this program was to:
Enhance understanding of the university’s guidelines for workload hour documentation
Encourage staff to systematically and accurately prepare supporting documents for performance evaluation
Promote transparency, fairness, and equity in the assessment of performance and merit-based recognition
The event was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipornpan Nuengmek, Dean of the School, who emphasized the importance of effective human resource management and the application of evaluation criteria tailored to the responsibilities and roles of both academic and support staff.
Throughout the session, participants engaged in informative presentations and discussions on key topics, including:
Structure and components of workload hours across different job functions
Collection and preparation of supporting evidence and documentation
Guidelines for performance assessment and merit scoring based on university regulations
Q&A sessions and analysis of practical case studies
The workshop was attended by both academic and support staff from the faculty who aimed to strengthen their understanding of the university’s annual performance evaluation system and apply this knowledge to better prepare documentation and improve work planning.
This initiative reflects the faculty’s commitment to aligning its personnel management practices with the policies of the University of Phayao, and to cultivating a work culture built on transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา จัดโครงการจัดทำชั่วโมงภาระงานเพื่อการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในการบริหารบุคลากร
เมื่อวันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง "การจัดทำชั่วโมงภาระงานเพื่อการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน และการประเมินความดีความชอบของบุคลากร" ณ ห้องประชุม Meeting 1 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
โครงการครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ
- สร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดทำชั่วโมงภาระงานตามเกณฑ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย
- ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรสามารถจัดทำเอกสารประกอบการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ
- เสริมสร้างความโปร่งใส ยุติธรรม และความเท่าเทียมในการประเมินผลงานและความดีความชอบ
โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดโครงการ พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการใช้เกณฑ์การประเมินที่สอดคล้องกับบทบาท หน้าที่ และภารกิจของแต่ละสายงาน ทั้งสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุน
ภายในกิจกรรม มีการบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในหัวข้อสำคัญ เช่น:
- โครงสร้างและองค์ประกอบของชั่วโมงภาระงานในแต่ละภารกิจ
- การจัดเก็บและจัดทำเอกสารหลักฐานประกอบ
- แนวทางการประเมินผลและให้คะแนนความดีความชอบตามหลักเกณฑ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย
- การตอบข้อซักถามและร่วมวิเคราะห์กรณีศึกษา
ผู้เข้าร่วมประกอบด้วย บุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุน ของคณะฯ ที่ต้องการเพิ่มความเข้าใจในระบบประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปี พร้อมนำความรู้ไปใช้ในการเตรียมเอกสารและวางแผนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
โครงการในครั้งนี้ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งแนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการบุคลากรของคณะฯ ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และส่งเสริมให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมการทำงานที่โปร่งใส ชัดเจน และสามารถตรวจสอบได้ในทุกกระบวนการ
