School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, Organizes Internship and Cooperative Education Readiness Workshop to Prepare Students for the Professional World
On July 20, 2025, at Room UB001, 99 Years Phra Ubaleekunupamajarn Building, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, hosted a full-day workshop aimed at preparing undergraduate students for their upcoming internships and cooperative education programs for the 2025 academic year. The event was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanyanat Sunthornprasith, Associate Dean for Academic and Research Affairs, who represented the Dean in welcoming participants and distinguished speakers from across the university.
This workshop was designed to holistically equip students with the knowledge and skills required for professional training experiences. The session covered a wide range of topics, including professional skills, documentation and reporting, personal development, workplace adaptation, and problem-solving during internships.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ม.พะเยา จัดกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมฝึกงานและสหกิจศึกษา เพื่อเสริมศักยภาพนิสิตก่อนเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานจริง
เมื่อวันที่ 20 กรกฎาคม 2568 ณ ห้อง UB001 อาคาร 99 ปี พระอุบาลีคุณูปมาจารย์ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ได้จัดกิจกรรมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการฝึกงานและสหกิจศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2568 โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กัญญาณัฐ สุนทรประสิทธิ์ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและวิจัย เป็นผู้แทนคณบดีในการกล่าวเปิดโครงการ พร้อมต้อนรับวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจากหลายคณะภายในมหาวิทยาลัย
กิจกรรมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเชิงรอบด้านให้แก่นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีที่กำลังจะเข้าสู่ช่วงของการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและสหกิจศึกษา โดยเนื้อหาการอบรมประกอบด้วยหัวข้อที่หลากหลาย ครอบคลุมทั้งด้านทักษะวิชาชีพ การจัดทำเอกสารรายงาน การเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพ และการรับมือกับสถานการณ์ไม่คาดฝันระหว่างฝึกงาน โดยวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ได้แก่

การอบรมจัดขึ้นตลอดทั้งวัน ตั้งแต่เวลา 08.00–17.30 น. โดยมีนิสิตเข้าร่วมเป็นจำนวนมาก กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงมุ่งเสริมสร้างความรู้เชิงวิชาการ แต่ยังเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตและความพร้อมในมิติการทำงานจริง เพื่อให้นิสิตสามารถปรับตัวได้อย่างมืออาชีพในสถานประกอบการ และเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานอย่างมั่นใจ
คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ยังคงมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนานิสิตให้มีคุณภาพรอบด้าน ทั้งในด้านวิชาการ การปฏิบัติจริง และคุณลักษณะความเป็นมืออาชีพ เพื่อสร้างบัณฑิตที่พร้อมตอบโจทย์สังคมและภาคเกษตรกรรมในอนาคต.
