School of Agriculture, University of Phayao, Organizes Workshop to Support Faculty Development in UP-PSF
On August 25, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized a workshop entitled “Supporting Faculty Development in UP-PSF” at Meeting Room 1, Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The program was well attended by faculty members, aiming to enhance knowledge and understanding, as well as strengthen teaching and learning competencies in alignment with the UP-Professional Standards Framework (UP-PSF).
The workshop was honored to have Asst. Prof. Dr. Nakarin Chaikaew, Associate Dean for Student Quality and a certified UP-PSF Level 3 practitioner, as the keynote speaker. He shared valuable insights and experiences on active learning strategies, learner-centered teaching design, reflective practice, and quality-based learning assessment to support the continuous advancement of teaching quality at the University of Phayao.
Key objectives of the workshop included:
Enhancing faculty members’ understanding of the UP-PSF framework and its practical application in teaching development.
Encouraging the preparation of teaching portfolios and systematic professional growth.
Building a collaborative network for knowledge exchange among faculty members to further raise the standard of teaching and learning within the faculty and the university.
The atmosphere of the workshop was dynamic and engaging. Participants actively took part in hands-on workshop activities, group discussions, and in-depth exchanges with the speaker, providing a clear direction for self-development and the future enhancement of instructional quality.
The School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, remains committed to empowering its faculty members to achieve international teaching standards, in line with the university’s mission to foster excellence in education, research, and sustainable social engagement.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสนับสนุนอาจารย์พัฒนาด้าน UP-PSF
วันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดโครงการ “อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสนับสนุนอาจารย์พัฒนาด้าน UP-PSF” ณ ห้องประชุม Meeting 1 อาคารคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ โดยมีคณาจารย์เข้าร่วมโครงการอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจและพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับกรอบมาตรฐาน UP-PSF
การอบรมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นครินทร์ ชัยแก้ว รองคณบดีฝ่ายคุณภาพนิสิต และผู้ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน UP-PSF ระดับ 3 เป็นวิทยากร ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนเชิงรุก (Active Learning), การออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง (Learner-Centered), การสะท้อนคิด (Reflective Practice) รวมถึงการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้เชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อให้สอดรับกับการยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
วัตถุประสงค์สำคัญของโครงการ ได้แก่
สนับสนุนให้อาจารย์มีความเข้าใจในกรอบมาตรฐาน UP-PSF และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้กับการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนได้จริง
ส่งเสริมให้อาจารย์จัดทำแฟ้มสะสมผลงาน (Portfolio) และพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านการสอนอย่างเป็นระบบ
สร้างเครือข่ายการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างอาจารย์ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนการสอนของคณะและมหาวิทยาลัย
บรรยากาศการอบรมเต็มไปด้วยความกระตือรือร้น อาจารย์ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ร่วมกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และการซักถามเชิงลึกกับวิทยากร ซึ่งช่วยให้สามารถมองเห็นแนวทางการพัฒนาตนเองและการยกระดับคุณภาพการเรียนการสอนในอนาคต
ทั้งนี้ คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มุ่งมั่นที่จะผลักดันให้อาจารย์ทุกท่านก้าวสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการสอนในระดับมาตรฐานสากล สอดคล้องกับพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาที่มุ่งสร้างความเป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา การวิจัย และการรับใช้สังคมอย่างยั่งยืน
