School of Agriculture, University of Phayao Welcomes Study Visit from Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University

The School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, warmly welcomed a study visit from the Faculty of Fisheries Technology and Aquatic Resources, Maejo University, at Meeting Room 1, Faculty of Agriculture.

who extended a warm and friendly welcome to the visiting delegation.
Purpose of the Study Visit
The visit aimed to exchange knowledge and experiences related to the implementation of Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). Both faculties sought to learn and share best practices in organizational development and quality management systems in order to enhance academic standards and strengthen sustainable institutional management.
Activities during the Program
Presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions on the implementation of EdPEx at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Phayao
Open discussions and Q&A sessions on educational quality assurance, performance reporting, and analysis of strengths and opportunities for improvement
Building academic collaboration networks and fostering staff development between the two institutions
Atmosphere of the Visit
The atmosphere was filled with openness and active participation from both sides. Faculty members and staff engaged in insightful discussions and shared practical experiences, creating a valuable opportunity for academic collaboration and quality development at the institutional level.
Expected Outcomes
This study visit not only facilitated knowledge exchange but also strengthened the academic relationship between the University of Phayao and Maejo University. It is expected to serve as a foundation for further collaboration in educational quality development and management, enabling both institutions to strive toward sustainable excellence.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจากคณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ให้การต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจาก คณะเทคโนโลยีการประมงและทรัพยากรทางน้ำ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ ณ ห้องประชุม Meeting 1 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ การต้อนรับนำโดยผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ, รองคณบดี, คณาจารย์ พร้อมบุคลากรคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ที่เข้าร่วมให้การต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง
วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาดูงาน
การเดินทางมาครั้งนี้ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และศึกษาดูงานเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้าน การประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา EdPEx (Education Criteria for Performance Excellence) โดยมุ่งหวังให้ทั้งสองคณะสามารถนำแนวทางการพัฒนาองค์กรและระบบบริหารคุณภาพไปปรับใช้เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการจัดการศึกษา และสร้างความเข้มแข็งในการบริหารจัดการองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน
กิจกรรมภายในโครงการ
การบรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับ แนวทางการดำเนินงาน EdPEx ของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา
การซักถามและแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา การจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และการวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง-โอกาสในการพัฒนา
การสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและการพัฒนาบุคลากร ระหว่างสองสถาบัน
บรรยากาศการศึกษาดูงาน
บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยความเป็นกันเองและการมีส่วนร่วมจากทั้งสองฝ่าย คณาจารย์และบุคลากรได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและประสบการณ์ตรงอย่างใกล้ชิด นับเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการสร้างความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและการพัฒนาคุณภาพองค์กร ที่จะนำไปสู่การยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาในระดับมหาวิทยาลัย
ผลที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ
การศึกษาดูงานครั้งนี้นอกจากจะเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้แล้ว ยังช่วยเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่าง มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการต่อยอดความร่วมมือในด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและการบริหารจัดการ เพื่อให้ทั้งสองสถาบันมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศอย่างยั่งยืน
