School of Agriculture, University of Phayao Wins 3 Awards at “Show and Share UP KM 2025”
On September 24, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, led by Dr. Boonruam Khidkha, Associate Dean for Policy and Organizational Development, together with faculty members and staff, participated in the “Show and Share UP KM 2025” event held at Mueang Phayao Conference Hall, ICT Building, University of Phayao.
The event was officially opened by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supakorn Pongsabangpo, President of the University of Phayao, who emphasized the importance of developing the university into a Learning Organization (LO) through the exchange of best practices and innovative approaches among different faculties and departments.
Awards Received by the Faculty of Agriculture
The Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources showcased its excellence in knowledge management and human resource development by winning three distinguished awards:
Second Runner-Up in the BMI Challenge 2025, with a prize of 3,000 THB, recognizing efforts in promoting staff health and well-being.
Outstanding Unit Award for 100% Completion of the Individual Development Plan (IDP), reflecting the faculty’s strong commitment to continuous staff capacity building.
Certificate of Best Practice – World Recognition for the project “Area-Based Research Publication Camp”, presented to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dujrudee Panpornmin, highlighting international-level recognition of exemplary practices in area-based research and publication development under the UP KM 2025 framework.
Significance of UP KM 2025
The “Show and Share UP KM 2025” initiative aims to promote the university’s strategic development towards becoming a Learning Organization by:
Encouraging knowledge sharing and experience exchange across all units.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ม.พะเยา คว้า 3 รางวัลใหญ่ ในงาน “Show and Share UP KM 2025” ตอกย้ำความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้
เมื่อวันที่ 24 กันยายน 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา นำโดย ดร.บุญร่วม คิดค้า รองคณบดีฝ่ายนโยบายและพัฒนาองค์กร พร้อมด้วยคณาจารย์และบุคลากร เข้าร่วมงาน “Show and Share UP KM 2025” จัดขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุมเมืองพะเยา อาคารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
พิธีเปิดได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สุภกร พงศบางโพธิ์ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา กล่าวเปิดงานและมอบแนวคิดสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยสู่การเป็น องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ (Learning Organization: LO) ที่ส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศระหว่างส่วนงาน/หน่วยงาน
รางวัลที่คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ได้รับในปี 2568
คณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ได้แสดงศักยภาพด้านการจัดการความรู้และการพัฒนาบุคลากร จนสามารถคว้า 3 รางวัลสำคัญ ได้แก่
รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2 BMI Challenge 2025
พร้อมเงินรางวัลจำนวน 3,000 บาท จากการประกวดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการดูแลสุขภาวะ
รางวัลหน่วยงานที่ดำเนินการตาม Individual Development Plan (IDP) ครบ 100%
แสดงให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรอย่างต่อเนื่องและครบถ้วน
เกียรติบัตร “Best Practice” ผลงานที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในระดับนานาชาติ (World Recognition)
โดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ดุจฤดี ปานพรหมมินทร์ จากผลงาน “Area-Based Research Publication Camp” ภายใต้โครงการการจัดการความรู้มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา (UP KM 2025) ซึ่งเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีของการบูรณาการงานวิจัยเชิงพื้นที่สู่การเผยแพร่ในระดับสากล

โครงการ “Show and Share UP KM 2025” จัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาตามยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มุ่งสู่การเป็น องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ (Learning Organization: LO) ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ทุกส่วนงาน/หน่วยงาน
แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จ
นำเสนอผลงานที่มีคุณลักษณะโดดเด่นและเป็นต้นแบบที่ดี
ขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการให้สอดคล้องกับประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ของมหาวิทยาลัย
ภายในงานมีการนำเสนอผลงานที่หลากหลายจากทุกส่วนงานของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเชิงสร้างสรรค์ การร่วมมือ และแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาสู่ความเป็นเลิศ โดยคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ได้รับการชื่นชมทั้งในด้านการจัดการองค์ความรู้และการสร้างเครือข่ายการทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ
