School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao Conducts Workshop on “Workplace Safety and Emergency Response” to Promote a Culture of Safety
On May 15, 2025, the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao organized a practical training workshop titled “Workplace Safety and Emergency Response” at Meeting Room 1, Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The objective of the workshop was to enhance participants’ knowledge, understanding, and practical skills in safe work practices and effective emergency response in the workplace.
The workshop was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipawan Nuengmek, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources, who emphasized the importance of cultivating a culture of safety within the organization. She noted that academic institutions, where students and staff work in diverse environments involving various tools, materials, and chemicals, must prioritize preparedness and safety.
The training covered the following key topics:
- Risk assessment in the workplace
- Planning and strategies for accident prevention
- Emergency response procedures in case of fire, chemical spills, or natural disasters
- Basic emergency drill and preparedness training
Throughout the workshop, lectures were integrated with hands-on activities such as fire extinguisher demonstrations, emergency scenario simulations, and evacuation drills. More than 40 participants, including students and staff, actively engaged in the training, which was conducted in a dynamic and constructive atmosphere.
This initiative reflects the faculty’s strong commitment to enhancing workplace safety standards and raising awareness of accident and disaster prevention. The training aims to foster a stable, safe, and sustainable work environment for all members of the university community.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ม.พะเยา จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “ความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานและการตอบโต้กรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน” เสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในองค์กร
วันที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหัวข้อ "ความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานและการตอบโต้กรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน" ณ ห้องประชุม 1 อาคารคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานอย่างปลอดภัย รวมถึงเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับมือกับเหตุการณ์ฉุกเฉินที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในสถานที่ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดโครงการ พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการปลูกฝังวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในองค์กร โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในสถาบันการศึกษาที่มีทั้งนิสิตและบุคลากรปฏิบัติงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความหลากหลายของเครื่องมือ วัสดุ และสารเคมี
กิจกรรมการอบรมประกอบด้วยหัวข้อสำคัญ ดังนี้:
การประเมินความเสี่ยงในสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
การวางแผนและแนวทางในการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ
ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน เช่น ไฟไหม้ การรั่วไหลของสารเคมี หรือภัยพิบัติต่าง ๆ
การฝึกซ้อมแผนฉุกเฉินเบื้องต้น เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและลดความสูญเสียที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
โดยตลอดการอบรมมีการบรรยายควบคู่กับกิจกรรมเชิงปฏิบัติ เช่น การสาธิตการใช้อุปกรณ์ดับเพลิง การจำลองสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน และการฝึกซ้อมอพยพ ซึ่งได้รับความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งจากทั้งนิสิตและบุคลากรที่เข้าร่วมกว่า 40 คน บรรยากาศเป็นไปอย่างกระตือรือร้นและสร้างสรรค์
โครงการในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ในการส่งเสริมมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และสร้างความตระหนักรู้ในการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุและภัยพิบัติต่าง ๆ อันจะนำไปสู่สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่มั่นคง ปลอดภัย และยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
