School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, Holds Retirement Tribute Ceremony 2025
On September 9, 2025, the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao, organized the “Retirement Tribute Ceremony 2025” to honor and express gratitude to Dr. Trin Seramethakul, who officially retired this year. The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere at Happy Garden Coffee Phayao.
The ceremony was graced by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipornpan Nueangmek, Dean of the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, along with vice deans, lecturers, and staff members from all departments. They gathered to extend their heartfelt appreciation and respect to the retiree, who has dedicated many years of service with integrity, sacrifice, and significant contributions to the faculty.
The event featured several memorable activities, including:
A video presentation highlighting the career journey and remarkable achievements of Dr. Trin Seramethakul.
A flower bouquet and souvenir presentation from the Dean and administrators, symbolizing love, gratitude, and enduring bonds.
A tribute speech by the Dean, reflecting the pride and admiration for the retiree’s invaluable contributions to the faculty.
A farewell address by the retiree, sharing heartfelt memories, bonds, and appreciation for colleagues, staff, and students.
The atmosphere was filled with warmth and heartfelt emotions, showcasing the strong connections within the Faculty of Agriculture family — past, present, and future.
This event not only served as a meaningful farewell but also embodied the faculty’s organizational culture of respect, gratitude, and appreciation, which continues to be a core value of the School of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Phayao.

คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดงานมุทิตาจิตผู้เกษียณอายุราชการ ประจำปี 2568
วันที่ 9 กันยายน 2568 คณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา จัดงาน “มุทิตาจิต ผู้เกษียณอายุราชการ ประจำปี 2568” เพื่อเชิดชูเกียรติและแสดงความกตัญญูกตเวทีแด่ ดร.ตฤณ เสรเมธากุล ผู้เกษียณอายุราชการในปีนี้ โดยงานจัดขึ้นในบรรยากาศอบอุ่น ณ Happy Garden Coffee Phayao
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิพรพรรณ์ เนื่องเม็ก คณบดีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ พร้อมด้วยรองคณบดี คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรทุกสายงาน เข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อร่วมแสดงความขอบคุณและมุทิตาจิตแด่ผู้เกษียณอายุราชการที่ได้ทุ่มเทแรงกายแรงใจปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความซื่อสัตย์ เสียสละ และสร้างผลงานอันทรงคุณค่าตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา

การรับชม วิดีทัศน์ย้อนรอยการทำงานและผลงานที่โดดเด่น ของ ดร.ตฤณ เสรเมธากุล
พิธีมอบ ช่อดอกไม้และของที่ระลึก จากคณบดีและผู้บริหาร เพื่อเป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งความรัก ความผูกพัน และความขอบคุณ
การกล่าวคำมุทิตาจิตโดยคณบดี ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความภาคภูมิใจในคุณงามความดีและผลงานที่ผู้เกษียณได้สร้างสรรค์ไว้แก่คณะ
การแสดงความรู้สึกของผู้เกษียณอายุราชการ ที่ได้ถ่ายทอดความทรงจำ ความผูกพัน และคำขอบคุณต่อคณาจารย์ บุคลากร และนิสิต
บรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วย ความอบอุ่นและความประทับใจ แสดงถึงสายสัมพันธ์อันแน่นแฟ้นของครอบครัวคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ฯ ทั้งในอดีต ปัจจุบัน และอนาคต
การจัดงานครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นการส่งต่อความทรงจำที่ดี แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงการ สืบสานวัฒนธรรมองค์กรด้านการเคารพและกตัญญูกตเวที ซึ่งเป็นค่านิยมสำคัญของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์และทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา
